It’s hard to believe we’re in the final days of 2017, but before we say goodbye to 2017, we wanted to take a look back at this past year. It was a busy and exciting year for us! Here are some of the highlights — click on each item to learn more about it:
Product Improvements
We strive to add continuous enhancements to our web and mobile app that create better experiences for our customers, provide convenience and ultimately help our customers serve their customers better. This year was no different. We were able to launch many new features, the most prominent being our:
- On the Way Button and Time Estimate
This allows our service pros to let their customers know when they were on the way and provide a time estimate that the app automatically calculates. - Appointment Reminders via Push Notifications
This means our service pros now receive lead, job, event and instant booking appointment alerts on their mobile device, lowering the risk of missed appointments. - Timesheets
This gives our service pros the ability to track their team’s time and report on it right within our app, eliminating double data entry! - Administrator Dashboard
This provides our service pros with important information they want to see as soon as they open up our app. - Customer Equipment
This enables our service pros to view and edit customer equipment details from our mobile app.
Field Service Trade Shows & Conferences
This year, we really hit the show on the road, attending over 10 industry tradeshows and conferences around the country. We love participating shows and being able to interact with service pros and of course being able to meet our customers in person. Some of our favorite shows included the:
- AHR Expo 2017
This is the largest HVAR conference in the country, bringing over 2,000 exhibitors and 60,000 attendees. It was held on January 30 – February 1 in Las Vegas. We led demos of our web and mobile app and even ran a smartwatch giveaway for conference attendees. - National Chimney Sweep Convention
This is the nation’s largest trade show focused on chimney service. It was held on March 16 – 17 in Louisville, KY. Our team was able to connect with chimney pros from around the country and chatted with them about their key business challenges.
- Eastern Energy Expo
This is the premier trade show for the Energy and Comfort industries. It was held on May 21 – 25 in Hershey, PA. Our CMO, Rochelle Sanchirico, led a session on creating positive customer experiences. - The HUGE Convention
This is the top event for those in the Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning industries. It was held on August 17 – 19 in New Orleans. Our CEO and Co-Founder, Vincent Wong, shared his expertise with attendees on how to automate and grow a business. - Service World Expo
This is a sought-after event among residential plumbing and HVACR contractors. It was held on September 7 – 8 in Las Vegas. Our team shared updates to our web and mobile app.
