Release Notes for Web – Jan. 11, 2017

Today we’ve launched several new features, bug fixes and performance enhancements to our web app.  Here are some of the top items:

  • You can now use your Yahoo, Hotmail or AOL email address to email customers from mHelpDesk: Previously these email providers were blocked under the DMARC policy.
  • Emails sent from your mHelpDesk account will now appear to be sent from an mHelpDesk email ending in “@mhelp.co“: This change is to increase email deliverability and help you serve your customers. Note: Reply emails are not affected by this change.
  • View tips on how you can customize your mHelpDesk account: Within “Settings”, click the “i” info icons to get helpful information regarding customizations for your account, as shown below:
