We surveyed over 100 field service professionals to get their take on 2016 went for their business. We also got a feel for their plans and goals for the new year. The results were interesting: 27% of field service professionals stated that getting more sales and business was their biggest win this year, while 26% logged double data entry as their biggest headache. To combat this, 43% of service professionals plan to use field service software in the new year to combat the problems they faced in 2016. Overall, the biggest lesson service professionals learned in 2016 was that providing faster service was something they needed to work on. Here’s a full visual representation of the survey results…
