DividerYesterday’s web app release continues our improvements to the Price List. We know many of you use Price List on a daily basis, and we’re confident you’ll find these changes useful. Here’s what’s new (also be sure to not miss our update to your calendar view at the bottom of this blog post!):

More Price List Enhancements

  • Item Group Totals. For any group of items you’ve set up in the Price List, you’ll now be able to see its total price when adding items to an estimate, job or invoice. This makes it even easier to choose the right group when you’re creating your estimates and other documents.

  • Improved Sorting on Sub-Items. Now when you’re creating sub-items, your Parent Items will show up first, so you don’t have to scroll through your Item list to find it. Just type in the Parent Item in the Subitem of search field.Divider

  • Deleting Sub-items. If you’re deleting an item that has sub-items, you’ll now receive a helpful notification so you know the total number of sub-items associated with that item, which will also be deleted. Just hit cancel if you don’t want all of the sub-items deleted.DividerDivider

New Calendar View

With this week’s web app release, we’ve also streamlined your calendar view to filter out your closed appointments. Instead of showing you every single appointment, we now only show appointments for your active jobs. This way you can quickly and easily show what is outstanding. Prefer to continue everything? No problem! Just go to Settings > Calendar and make sure Show New and Open Only is unchecked and hit Save. Watch this video below to learn more.
