We’ve listened to your feedback–with today’s web release you can make a copy of any existing estimate in your mHelpDesk account, and then make any needed changes before sending it to off to a customer.
Copying an estimate is quick and easy!
1. Simply open up the estimate, click the Copy button in the bottom right corner, and select Copy Estimate.
2. From there, you can assign the copied estimate to a customer, service location or contact.
3. Click Proceed to open up the new estimate. Here you can make any updates you want before sending the estimate to your lead or customer. Note: all your items, requested deposit amount and notes (if the new estimate’s customers, service location and phone nmber match the original estimate) will already be copied over from the original estimate.
