In the recent feature, June Harms, office manager at Larry’s Refrigeration and Heating, a longtime mHelpDesk customer, talks about how mHelpDesk has revolutionized the way they handle business and customer service. “We really like that it allows us to be paperless,” said Harms. “We used to be constantly trying to track down missing pieces of paper. Now, it’s all electronic.”
