Written by We’ve been working on a few updates to mHelpDesk to make our web app stronger, faster and more useful to you. Today, our team pushed out a release to implement some design changes on our Staff List page. This is line with our efforts to improve the look and feel of our key pages, give you a better experience and get you the data you need faster. At the beginning of the year, we improved our Jobs, Customer and Contact Lists pages and then worked on our Payments screens. Check out the updates to our Staff List page below!
New Design for Our Staff List Page
You’ll now see the screen below when adding or updating your staff in mHelpDesk. The new design features the grid layout that we’ve implemented in our other key pages. You’ll also see that the + Add Staff button is now on the top right corner for easy access.
