Do you want to make it easier for your staff to see the information they need to be more efficient when creating or updating work orders?
Good news! With today’s web release, we’ve updated our permissions settings so that staff can now see the rates and subtotals of labor, material or any item associated with a job:
Now they can see the information they need in the Jobs view, add new items and review the entire work order before sending it to a client.
To enable this, go to Settings > Permission and check off either Staff can access financial transactions or Staff can access invoices and payments from ticket view and leads.
This update is currently only available on our web app, but we plan to release it to mobile soon, so stay tuned!
Need a reminder on how to add or update a team member to have a Staff role? Simply go to People > Staff and hit the +Add button to add a team member. To update an existing user, click on their name and go to theUser role dropdown (seen below) and select Staff.
