*Fix for issue where a custom field is visible when set to not be visible.

*Fix for issue for when a business unit is assigned, but reverts back to original value.

*Fix for issue with unapproved items in invoices showing on regular invoices.

*Fix to ensure a confirmation page appears and email notifications are sent when customers submit an online request form.

*Performance improvements to prevent oops error messages when accessing the scheduling tab.
