About this update
Earlier this week we released two feature that many mHelpDesk customers have requested: the ability to add multiple pieces of customer equipment to one work order and the ability to clear red badge alerts.
This allows service professionals who may service multiple pieces of customer equipment in one job the ability to record that work at a more granular level for better tracking, reporting and invoicing.

Clearing Red Badge Notifications
With this new feature, you can clear your newest notifications directly in the dropdown by clicking on the “x” next to the alert you would like to delete.
