Today we released two feature that many mHelpDesk customers have requested: the ability to crop your logo within mHelpDesk and the ability to edit your appointment reminder template.
Logo cropping
This feature gives customers the ability to crop and adjust their logo directly in mHelpDesk, so that it appears just as you’d like it on estimates, invoices and other logo-based documents.

Appointment reminder template editing
You can now edit your appointment reminder template in mHelpDesk to include the information and formatting that you need.
