Good news! We’ve made more progress on improving the look and feel of our key pages. At the beginning of the year, we updated the design of our Customer List, Contact List and Sales Tax Pages to show you more data at a quick glance. With yesterday’s release, you’ll see we’ve applied a similar design to our Estimate List. Read on below!
Better View of Your Estimates
With yesterday’s release, we’ve implemented our new grid design to the Estimate List to help you see more of your Estimates without having to scroll down.
Faster Updates into QuickBooks
Are you a QuickBooks Desktop user? In the Estimate List, you can now toggle the Send to QB toggle to on to easily send your estimates to QuickBooks and save time. You can do this for one or more estimates.
You can also quickly update the QuickBooks status of two or more estimates at the same time. Just check off the estimates you want to change as shown in the image below, click Group Actions and select QuickBooks Status to update the Status. You can also Reset the QB Flag to Not Sent, Ready to Send, or Sent.
New mHelpDesk Payments Logo
We announced in March that mHelpDesk Payments is now powered by Chase. With today’s release, you’ll now see this logo in mHelpDesk.
Also in case you missed it when we announced it, you will continue to get the same fast-processing, low-rate service you’ve come to expect from mHelpDesk Payments, just with the added familiarity and security of the Chase platform.
